BLACKBERRY TO BUILD APPS LABS IN LAGOS

Blackberry teamed up with Lagos State innovation advisory council last week with intent to build Blackberry Apps Labs in Lagos.

That automatically means more job creation and revenue for Lagos State Government if well executed.







According to Waldi Wepener - BB's Manager Director West, East and Central Africa "Following series of BB developer events and local partnerships in the country, the firm commitment is to build an apps lab in Lagos as Nigeria's software development community demostrates impressive growth and innovation"

Lasgidi Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola was pleased with Blackberry choosing Lagos State as a partner. He was quoted to have said innovation is at the heart of duo's approach to making Lagos into a Mega City.
