BARRISTER KEYAMO DECLARES INTEREST AT CONTESTING 2013 DELTA STATE GOVERNORSHIP

Lagos Lawyer and Human rights activist, Barrister Mr. Festus Keyamo on Monday expressed his interest at contesting for the next governorship election in Delta State




He unveiled his interest in Effurun at the maiden meeting of the Delta Forces United, a political platform . He was quoted to have said it was time to unshackle the state from the dynasty of thieves.


The activist vowed at the meeting to dedicate the rest of his life to servitude of the people of the state and releasing the state from the hands of the cabal who had held the state hostage.


A Political activist who attended the meeting said " Mr Keyamo did not mince words in condemning the shortcomings in the state and declared it is time the citizens are liberated from dynasty of thieves that has been created over the years in the state"

Governor Fashola of Lagos was the first lawyer elected in Nigeria to govern a state, his transformation work has been applauded in the country and oversees.
